Dr. Florian Heinemann ist General Partner und Mitbegründer von Project A, einer renommierten Investmentfirma. Mit seiner Expertise in Marketing – man kann ihn auch als Marketing-Guru bezeichnen, hat er maßgeblich zum Erfolg von Unternehmen wie Zalando und Global Fashion Group beigetragen. Florian ist auch ein aktiver Investor in über 80 Startups und sitzt in den Aufsichtsräten von About You sowie den digitalen Beiräten von Henkel, Koerber und Oetker. 

Florian gibt persönliche Einblicke in seine persönliche Entwicklung. Was er heute machen würde, würde er sich noch einmal beruflich umentscheiden könnte und was erfolgreiche Unternehmen seines Erachtens ausmacht. Er betont wie wichtig es ist, immer wieder neue Ansätze zu finden und implizites Wissen zu kreieren. Er warnt auch vor dem Risiko, sich als kreative Person schnell zu langweilen und ständig neue Impulse zu suchen. Er sagt: Kreativität und Systematik gehen Hand in Hand. Erfolgreiche Unternehmer sollten kreativ sein, aber auch Fokus und Struktur einbringen. Kreative Impulse sollten in das Gesamtsystem integriert werden.
